In order to process your 2nd mortgage loan requests, we only collect the information necessary to consider your prospective financing options in order for a loan professional to quote you an interest rate relevant to a home loan. We never request any sensitive information such as date of birth, social security number or drivers license number. 1. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. The Second Mortgage Banker never participates in any measure of bulk e-mailing (spamming) or any other unlawful forms of marketing. We do not buy or sell and mailing lists.
